Do I need to be in shape before I start group classes?

The answer is NO, let us handle that! We will meet you anywhere on your fitness journey. Each and every class is "go at your own pace" and there is no pressure to be at a certain "level". Our job is to get you to the level you want to be!

What class do I start with?

Flex Appeal is a great starter class. It’s a low-impact with minimal cardio, that still gives you a great workout. All of the moves are easily modifiable.

What kind of workout does Glow Fitness offer?

Glow isn’t your typical gym. There are no mirrors and no bright overhead lights, and you won’t see a treadmill in sight. What we DO offer are group classes that range from circuit-based, high-intensity interval training, to bootcamp, to Zumba.

How much does glow fitness cost?

Group classes are $20 per class and personal training is $60 per 60-minute session.

We also offer three membership options ranging from $75-$170. Gym memberships also come with added benefits!

What can I expect from a class?

Every class provides a full body workout, while being flexible enough to modify exercises for individual needs. Each class is time-based, so you work at your own pace. Classes are led by a certified instructor and small enough to ensure individual attention.

what should i wear/bring to class?

Athletic attire is recommended. Athletic shoes are required during class and on the gym floor. We encourage all members to bring water. A water cooler is available at the gym for refills.

If attending a rebounding class, make sure to wear long pants or socks that fully cover your shins.

How often should i attend class?

We recommend attending 2-3 classes a week to see improvements in strength and body composition and to maintain what you’ve already worked hard for.

what if i have a past/current injury or mobility restriction?

Please consult your doctor to be cleared before beginning a new exercise routine. Consult with the lead trainer for modifications that best fit your needs.

are there age restrictions to attend class?

We want everyone to feel comfortable when they are at the gym. Glow is open to everyone, no matter their age or their experience.
